This week's photo on Cape Breton Living's Photo of the Week is of a colourful spring shot of the St Peter's Canal which is a National Historic Site of Canada. How interesting! I have looked at maps of Cape Breton and wondered if that huge inland lake was accessible from the ocean or not. This canal explains it for me. :)
